Section 2) Pricing
All Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), minimum billing charge is limited to the cost of the total at checkout. This may be waived at our decision.

Section 4) Shipping Schedule
Items will be shipped out in within 72 hours unless otherwise specified.
Section 5)
The purchaser is obligated to verify that any shipment of products conforms to the packing slip. We will not be held responsable for any shortages or discrepancies in a shipment which has not been reported in writing within 10 days from the recipt of shipment by the prchaser thereof.
Section 6) Telephone orders
Telephone orders are accepted at the risk of the called as shipments may be made before recipt of the conforming order.
Section 7) Back orderd items
In the event that an item(s) are not instock and need to be ordered. Or are items currently on back order. We will ship the order in whole or partial per contact with customer via fax, and/or phone.
Section 8) Internation Payment Options
1.Oreoay by wire depost or check in US Currency(USD).
2. Credit Card, Master Card, or Visa. A $2(USD) Currency Exchange Fee will be added.
3. Letter of credit, IRREVOCABLE, drawn on US bank. Bank Charge fees up to 5% will be added on all orders.
Section 10) Cancellation of Orders
Orders cannont be cancelled without written approval. There will be charges on cancelled orders with the amount depending on how much work has progressed.
